Houstan, United Arab Emirates-based Luke Steel is a top performer and supplier of high-quality SAE J525 tubing, renowned for its high-precision engineering and high reliability in demanding applications. Being SAE J525 manufactured, our tubing is universally applied in hydraulic and fluid transfer systems across a wide range of industries. Renowned for its superior bendability, weldability, and structure, Luke Steel’s J525 tubing provides dependable performance under pressure. With international quality compliance, advanced production facilities, and customer-focused solutions, we service high-requirement specifications for both local and international clients across industries such as automotive, construction, and industrial equipment.
J525 tubing is made from low-carbon steel and contains carbon, manganese, phosphorus, and sulphur to strike a balance of strength and formability. Electric resistance welding (ERW) and subsequent normalization are applied to improve ductility and internal homogeneity. The tubing has tensile properties ranging from 340–470 MPa and minimum yield property of 240 MPa, with suitable elongation properties for bend and flaring. It has a smooth internal bore that provides minimal resistance to flow and is best for fluid line systems. The tubing is suitable for safe pressure containment, good brazing compatibility, and tight-radius bending in intricate hydraulic systems

SAE J525 tubing is utilized in hydraulic and pneumatic systems that need accurate fluid control, flexibility, and durability. Typical uses are for hydraulic fluid lines, fuel and brake systems on vehicles, refrigeration units, and industrial power circuits. Its high bend-ability and flare-ability enable it to be used in tight routing conditions and compact installations. J525 tubing is also the choice in construction equipment, farm equipment, and mobile fluid systems where vibration and pressure strength are required. With optional corrosion-resistant coatings and its normalized form, the tubing will have a long service life even in aggressive, high-pressure conditions, with reduced maintenance and downtime.
