Alloy Steel F11 contains 1.25% chromium and 0.5% molybdenum, providing solid resistance to oxidation and moderate thermal stress. Its mechanical properties include a tensile strength of 620–760 MPa, a yield strength of around 415 MPa, and an elongation of 18–20%. These fittings can endure working temperatures up to 570°C. The alloy’s microstructure improves mechanical toughness and pressure resistance while maintaining good weldability and dimensional stability. F11 is often normalized and tempered to boost creep resistance, making it fit for dynamic, high-pressure environments that need reliable long-term performance.
