Alloy Steel P12 Pipes consist of Chromium (0.80–1.25%) and Molybdenum (0.44–0.65%), Carbon (max 0.05–0.15%), Manganese (0.30–0.61%), and Silicon (0.50–0.80%). Pipes are normalized and tempered to improve their strength and stability. Mechanical properties consist of a tensile strength of at least 415 MPa and yield strength of at least 220 MPa with an elongation of 30%. The alloy material provides superior creep resistance, weldability, and durability against cyclic temperature fluctuations. These properties make P12 viable for power and chemical industry high-efficiency systems.
