Alloy Steel T92 Tubing is primarily made up of iron, chromium (8.5–9.5%), molybdenum (0.30–0.60%), and vanadium (0.15–0.25%), with minor additions of niobium, nitrogen, and carbon. It boasts excellent high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance. In terms of mechanics, it provides exceptional creep rupture strength, with a tensile strength typically around 620 MPa and yield strength close to 440 MPa. This tubing maintains its structural integrity at temperatures reaching up to 650°C, making it perfect for harsh service conditions. Its enhanced hardness and thermal stability ensure long-lasting performance in challenging environments.
