ASME SA 387 Grade 22 Class 1/2 Sheets and Plates are alloy steels with 2.0–2.5% Chromium and 0.9–1.1% Molybdenum, which possess superior resistance to pressure, high temperature, and corrosion. The plates have tensile strength of 415–585 MPa, respectively. Class 1 possesses a yield strength of about 205 MPa, while Class 2 has a higher yield strength of around 310 MPa.
