Carbon Steel JIS G3445 Pipes are produced with a chemical composition in balance, which commonly contains carbon (max 0.20%), manganese (0.30–0.90%), and small controlled levels of phosphorus, sulfur (each ≤ 0.040%), with silicon, and sometimes chromium or molybdenum for strength. These pipes have tensile strength of about 375 MPa, yield strength of 215 MPa, and elongation of about 30%, depending on grade. Designed for good thermal conductivity and pressure strength, they offer excellent mechanical stability, improved weldability, and are designed to be used in high-temperature applications.
