The SA210 A1 carbon steel tubes consist of carbon (0.06%–0.18%), manganese (0.27%–0.63%), and trace amounts of phosphorus and sulfur (≤0.035%) for improved weldability and lower brittleness. Silicon content adds to thermal resistance and strength. These tubes have very good mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of approximately 325 MPa, yield strength of about 180 MPa, and up to 35% elongation based on the grade. The nature of the material‘s ability to withstand stress and temperature makes it ideal for application in high-heat and high-pressure conditions, providing long service life and safety.
