A quality producer and supplier of J356 tubing in United Arab Emirates, Houstan, Luke Steel provides accurately engineered tubing solutions to meet various industrial requirements. We provide high-quality J356 tubing that meets SAE J356 standards. We are world-famous for customer-centric service and quality-oriented philosophy. Better mechanical strength, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy are offered by these seamless, cold-drawn, and DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) tubes. Luke Steel offers reliable delivery and custom solutions that ensure consistent and reliable performance under severe operating conditions to diverse industries such as heavy machinery, hydraulic systems, and the automotive industry.
Low-carbon steel with an equally balanced mix of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, and sulphur is widely employed to produce J356 tubing. This composition is assured to provide good machinability, weldability, and formability. To enhance mechanical properties and dimensional consistency, the tubing is cold–drawn and heat–treated. It offers excellent elongation, impact strength, high tensile strength (in most cases greater than 550 MPa), and yield strength. The DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) process also enhances its surface condition and equal wall thickness, and that makes J356 tubing suitable for applications under pressure and load.

J356 tubing finds extensive use in industries that require high strength, longevity, and accuracy. It is widely applied in vehicle parts like drive shafts, steering columns, and shock absorbers, hydraulic cylinders, and fluid power systems. Its smooth structure and DOM processing provide it with the best properties for high-pressure applications, where a consistent wall thickness is essential. It also finds application in agricultural machines, material handling systems, and construction equipment. Its dimensional stability, machinability, and fatigue resistance qualify the tubing to be a top pick for structural and mechanical systems where reliability and accuracy are critical.
